Raw Material Selection
We work with two types of raw materials: knitwear and fabrics. The main difference between the two lies in the manufacturing process and the structure of the material, which results in different flexibility and application properties. Considering the fitting that the client wants, we select, together, the most suitable option between knitwear and fabric.
Prototype Development
We offer a specialized prototype development service. In the initial phase, we test and perfect products before they are produced. This process involves several steps and aims to ensure that the final product meets high quality standards. We therefore provide the following services associated with prototype development: Design consultancy; Guidance on material selection; Guidance on accessory selection; Modeling; Pattern and print prototypes; Technical feasibility testing; Adjustment and improvement; Small Productions; Supply chain management and Production Planning.
Production Execution
The production execution process is essential to ensure the quality and precision of the parts we develop. This process is divided into three main stages: cutting, sewing and finishing.
Quality Control Management
This continuous process encompasses several stages, from the selection of raw materials to the final delivery of the product. After production, we implement a rigorous control system that ensures that each final piece meets the established quality standards and the expectations of our customers. Warehouse and Logistics Management
We ensure proper storage of raw materials, as well as the availability of all materials in due time, avoiding delays. We prepare orders with customized packaging, work with bimodal transport to optimize routes and meet delivery deadlines. We work on a reverse logistics system for efficient returns management. We offer import and export services, managing all customs documentation and facilitating customs clearance processes with our EORI code and certificate of origin.
