Our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies include annual risk assessments, which aim to identify and mitigate potential hazards. We invest in ongoing employee training, increasing qualifications and reducing incidents, which also increases the efficiency of production processes. We ensure the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), provided according to the specific functions of each employee, significantly reducing the risk of accidents and promoting safety at work.


Environmental Responsibility
For us, sustainability goes beyond efficient production; it encompasses the responsible management of waste generated. We adopt sustainable practices in compliance with legal and environmental standards, ensuring the proper treatment and disposal of waste for recycling or recovery, such as the R12 operation, which aims to exchange waste for other recovery processes, so that waste is reused whenever possible, avoiding sending it to landfills and promoting the circular economy.
Sustainable Practices
We adopt sustainable practices to reduce the environmental impact of our operations. Among the measures implemented, we highlight the optimization of packaging, promoting the reduction of the use of plastics and non-recyclable materials. We also contribute to reducing our carbon footprint by using a 100% electric car and planning more efficient routes, reducing the distance traveled and emissions associated with the transportation of goods. In addition, half of our area is made up of solar panels, which allows us to generate clean energy and have a positive energy impact on the atmosphere.
